I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist who works extensively with adolescents and adults to support them in navigating various life challenges. Therapy with me is a collaborative and compassionate process, offering a safe, reflective space for you to slow down, engage with your experiences, and make sense of what feels difficult or unclear.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored — drawing from different evidence-based modalities while remaining responsive to your individual needs, preferences, and values. I aim to foster a thoughtful and collaborative space, centred on creating meaningful change that reconnects you with what truly matters. I welcome and look forward to working with you.
