Hello I’m Sarah

I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience supporting adolescents and adults through a wide range of life challenges. I aim to provide a thoughtful, collaborative space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of experiences that may feel overwhelming, confusing, or stuck.

I see therapy as a shared process. Together, we work to better understand your internal world, build insight, and create meaningful, sustainable change that aligns with what matters most to you.

My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies, adapting my style to suit your needs, preferences, and goals. At the heart of my work is a focus on curiosity, compassion, and helping you develop a more connected and understanding relationship with yourself.

While therapy often involves sitting with discomfort and uncertainty, I also believe it can include moments of lightness. Humour and genuine connection I believe are important parts of the process, helping to make space for both depth and ease as we navigate things together.

Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, spending time in the sun, and finding small moments of calm in everyday life.

I have a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety-related difficulties.

Below, I share a video where I explore OCD in more depth.
