Session Fees
Standard (50 minute) consultation fees during business hours: $250
After Hour Fees incur an additional $10 surcharge.
Concessional and Pensioner fees are also accepted.
Medicare
Medicare rebates are available under the Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) for up to 10 clinical psychology sessions per calendar year.
The current Medicare rebate is $145.25 per session.
Clients wishing to utilise the Medicare rebate need to have a MHCP and referral from a GP or Psychiatrist.
Referrals
You’re welcome to access support without a referral. However, if you would like to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a referral and a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.
Workcover, TAC, and self-managed NDIS clients are also accepted.
Payment
Payment is required on the day of your appointment. When you complete the online intake form, you’ll be asked to securely provide your card details, which will be stored in our system for processing session fees and Medicare rebates (if applicable).
Please note that prepayment may be required for your initial session.
