Frequently Asked Questions

  • I see clients aged 13 years and older.

  • I support people experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, OCD, phobias, trauma, depression, stress, and adjustment challenges.
I draw on evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, ERP, and mindfulness-based interventions, which you can read more about here.

If you’re unsure whether I’m the right fit, please feel free to contact me. If I believe your needs would be better supported elsewhere, I’ll gladly provide you with referral options.

  • Payment is required on the day of your appointment. When you complete the online intake form, you’ll be asked to securely provide your card details, which will be stored in our system for processing session fees.

Payments will only be processed after a session.

  • Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

    • Cancellations made under 48 hours: 50% of the fee applies.

    • Cancellations made under 24 hours: Full session fee applies.

For Monday appointments, please contact me by Friday. I understand that unexpected things come up, but as a small practice, late cancellations mean I’m unable to offer that time to another client who may have been waiting for an appointment.

  • As a telehealth practice, I am unable to provide emergency or crisis intervention services. Because I may be in a different time zone, I cannot guarantee an immediate response outside of our scheduled sessions.
